Changing Faces
“Changing Faces” is a series of collage portraits. Through altered facial characteristics and other symbols, the portraits reflect the influence of humor and irony in social, cultural and political events. Homage to great art is paid through visual reference to master artists such as Raphael, Holbein and Bellini. The titles of many pieces are designed to honor and respect the gift of sight and the human ability to observe and perceive.
